The Adoption Process

Begin by creating your account and submitting your application with the non-refundable $425 application fee. Provide basic information about your family, your motivation for adoption, and your preferences.

Our team reviews your application to ensure eligibility. We verify your identity, check basic requirements, and assess your readiness to proceed. You can check your application status at any time.

A licensed social worker conducts a comprehensive evaluation of your home, family dynamics, and readiness to parent. This includes interviews, home visits, and documentation review. Fee: $1,800.

All adults in the household undergo FBI fingerprinting and state criminal background checks ($60/adult). You'll also complete mandatory pre-adoption training covering child development, attachment, and parenting.

Once all checks are complete, your profile is approved and activated. You'll receive your full fee schedule and be entered into our matching pool. Your profile is now visible to our matching team.

Our experienced team carefully reviews available children (ages 1-5) and sends you suggested profiles based on your preferences. You do NOT browse profiles directly — we match you with the right child. Matching fee: $999.

Once a match is suggested and you express interest, our admin team facilitates introductions. You'll have supervised meetings and begin the bonding process. Birth mother support: $4,599.

The child is placed with your family. This is a joyful milestone! Our team coordinates all logistics, legal requirements, and transition support. Placement fee: $7,000.

A social worker conducts follow-up visits to ensure the child is thriving. After the supervision period, the adoption is legally finalized in court. Post-placement fee: $1,200. Legal fees: $350.
